Katie's Pickles

My sister Katie canned pickles last year and gave me the guts to try it this year. They turned out great! It was not that hard and they taste as good as Paul's favorite Clauson pickles.

Thanks Katie! I'll probably end up doing this every year now.

I loved Katie's! I like pickles but
Adam's not a fan - so I don't know if I'll attempt this until my girls are big pickle eaters!! But I did can homemade applesauce, and pie filling and peaches and plum juice and some pears this year!! Pretty fun.
